The Firm

It has been operational since 1986, and has specialized in the high end, private residences, hospitals, schools, offices and institutes on a pan India level.
Focusing on the concept of timeless design, the firm, along with innovation in the field, has aimed at creating, without the limitations of “current trends” and “mortality of design.”

Alap Kamdar

After his graduation from C.E.P.T. school of architecture in 1983, he has had a thirty year long and successful career with projects spanning through cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Pali, Abu.

He is also an avid sportsman, actively pursuing cricket, badminton and snooker.

Raunaq Kamdar

A former student of C.E.P.T. he has dabbled in writing, theatre, film and design, before shifting to full time design since 2010.

He has been at the helm of various projects, undertaken by the firm, in the capacity of chief architect and designer.

Kashish Kamdar

Being a curious soul and a problem-solver at heart is what led him to pursue a career in Design from C.E.P.T. University. A musician by hobby, he is always looking for opportunities to collaborate these two passions.

Being as comfortable with hand skills, as with technology, can approach the project as required.
